From offers received to deals closed.

Merconto reads your supplier offers, keeps track of what your customers want, matches the two and tells you when there's a match. And every offer stays on record.

7-day free trial, no card required

  • Every screen open during the trial
  • Merconto never contacts your suppliers or your customers
  • Nothing deleted: removed, and restorable

01Offers

Your offers arrive as usual. You pass them on.

What it does

On WhatsApp, forward the offer to Merconto's number, once you've linked your number with a code: a text, an Excel file, a CSV, a PDF or a photo. Merconto replies with what it read (the supplier, the date, numbered lines) and three buttons: YES, NO, Supplier. Correct it by typing: “it's Northbay”, “line 2 is $155”.

In the app, drop the Excel or CSV that came by email, as it is, up to five at a time, or paste the message. Every offer is dated and filed under its supplier; a doubtful barcode or a missing currency is flagged.

What it never does

It saves nothing without your YES or your click, doesn't read your WhatsApp groups, never silently fixes a doubtful line and doesn't keep the file once it's been read.

02Requests

What your customers want, kept open.

What it does

Forward a customer's message on WhatsApp, or paste it into the app: each request is read (reference, quantity, customer, maximum price) and checked against your catalogue as soon as it's read. In the catalogue, from whom and at what price; seen in an older offer; or nowhere. You can also add requests by hand, or tell the agent.

A request stays open until you serve it or close it. While it's open, every new offer is checked against it.

What it never does

It never replies to your customer. It never deletes a request: it's served or closed.

03Matching

The same reference, from one offer to the next and from one request to the next.

What it does

A language model reads each line and derives a matching key from it: JBLT770NC and JBL Tune 770NC give the same one. The range is part of the key, the packaging isn't: a Tune 670NC CN is the same product as a Tune 670NC, a Live 770NC is a different one. A customer request is matched to your offers by reference, description or barcode.

The rest is arithmetic: conversions at your rates, gaps, amounts and margins follow fixed rules. No figure on screen comes from a language model. Why euros first: in two real offers, 112 USD against 108 GBP hid a 23.8% gap, €28 a unit, until both were converted.

What it never does

It never guesses a doubtful line: it flags it. It never fixes a wrong barcode: it rejects it and says so. It never compares two prices without converting them.

04The alert

Told the moment the offer arrives.

What it does

As soon as a saved offer matches an open request, at or under your customer's maximum price, Merconto tells you at the top of the Home screen. And on WhatsApp if your number is linked: in the reply to your YES when the offer comes in on WhatsApp, or right away for an offer uploaded in the app if you wrote to Merconto in the last 24 hours (after that, WhatsApp does not let a business write first). The message gives the supplier, the price, the customer, the quantity and the possible margin, with a link to your requests.

On Home, matches come before everything else: references another supplier sells for less, increases since the previous offer.

What it never does

It contacts neither the supplier nor the customer, and reserves nothing. It tells you; you make the call.

05Memory

Every offer kept and dated, supplier by supplier.

What it does

Every offer you receive is kept, never overwritten: that's what lets today's request find a reference seen in an older offer. Per supplier, one column per dated offer, prices in euros converted with your rates, only the latest column coloured. A Change column in euros and percent, a Best other supplier column. Tiles for increases, decreases, dropped, new and cheaper elsewhere. Sort, filter, export to Excel. From here, the negotiation brief: what went up, what others sell for less, what disappeared, the amount at stake per unit, an e-mail draft to copy, a PDF to download.

Why euros first: in two real offers, 112 USD against 108 GBP hid a 23.8% gap, €28 a piece, until both were converted. The supplier view converts before it compares.

What it never does

It never sends the e-mail. Nothing leaves this screen except through your clipboard or a download.

06References

References. Best price across suppliers, last move, public price.

What it does

Search across every supplier. For each reference: the best price and from whom, how many suppliers offer it, the last movement, the public price. The detail panel adds the price history per supplier and the calculation line by line, from the source price to the recommended price, with the origin of every step.

What it never does

It never rounds a figure without saying so, and never applies a default without naming it.

The full calculation, line by line.

Click any figure and see where it came from: the file and row, the rate you entered, the freight class applied. Landed cost, reseller ceiling and recommended price follow fixed rules you can redo by hand.

  • Source price → conversion → fees → duties → freight → landed cost
  • Public price → reseller ceiling → target margin → recommended price
  • The origin of every step, in one line each
Every parameter of this calculation lives in Settings →
07Public prices

Public prices. The median of the five cheapest stores on Google Shopping.

What it does

After each upload and by a daily pass (Pro and above), references are looked up on Google Shopping, up to 150 a day per workspace. The price kept is the median of the five cheapest new offers, with the lowest store shown next to it. Marketplaces, second-hand, refurbished and accessories are excluded. No price is published on fewer than five merchants. A price expires after 15 days. A price you enter by hand always wins.

Checked by hand: on five references in September 2026, three high-volume JBL references came within 3.5 % of the shelf price; one shelf reading had aged, and one reference had fewer than five merchants and got no price at all. That is the rule working as intended: no price, no verdict.

What it never does

It doesn't watch the market for you: it reads a public price so your ceiling and verdicts stay current, nothing more.

Public prices included in Pro and Business, and during the trial.

08Agent

Agent. Your offers and requests, asked about in one sentence.

What it does

A dedicated screen, and your questions on WhatsApp. It answers with your numbers: “Which open requests can I serve today, and at what price?”, “Who has the best price on the Tune 770NC?”. It prepares any change as a card: Confirm, Decline, Undo. Conversations are kept per workspace and shared by the team.

What it never does

It never writes without your click, and it never shows a figure it cannot verify.

Agent included in every plan, and during the trial.

09Reports

Reports. The month in one page, HTML or PDF.

What it does

A monthly report per workspace: increases, decreases, disappearances, the top 5 increases in euros per unit. HTML on screen, PDF to download, or sent to your account's e-mail address, when you ask.

What it never does

No scheduled report, no report to anyone but you.

10Settings

Settings. Shared by the whole workspace.

What it does

Calculation parameters (exchange rates, ad valorem fees, duties, freight classes, VAT, reseller share, target margin), the same for every member. Team: invitation by e-mail or by link, roles Owner, Member and Read-only, seats. Removed items, all restorable. Billing: trial, plans, the Stripe portal. Language, English or French. Profile.

What it never does

Nothing is deleted from here. Removed items wait to be restored.

11Account

Account. A workspace and seven days.

What it does

Sign up creates a workspace with 7 days of trial, no card, and the Business features. Sign in with your password, or with a sign-in link sent to your e-mail address.

What it never does

No card asked for the trial. No data lost at the end of it: subscribe and the workspace reopens as it was.

What Merconto is not

A tool that tells you. Not a tool that acts for you.

Not a marketplace.

Nothing is published. Your offers and your customers' requests are shown to no other trader.

Not a middleman.

Merconto contacts neither your suppliers nor your customers, and places no orders. The deal stays yours.

Not an ERP.

No stock management, no invoicing, no resale prices adjusted on their own. One job: your offers and your requests.

Your own offers

See it on your own offers.

Forward this week's offers, add your customers' open requests. Seven days free, no card.
