Does Merconto read my WhatsApp groups?
No. Merconto only reads the messages you forward to its WhatsApp number, once you've linked your number with a code. An offer received in a group takes two taps to forward. It reads text, Excel, CSV and PDF files, and photos; not voice messages or videos yet.
Are my offers shared with other traders?
No. Merconto is not a marketplace: nothing is published. Your offers, your prices and your customers' requests are shown only to members of your workspace, and are never used to train any model.
Do you contact my customers or my suppliers?
Never. Merconto tells you; you make the call. It only answers your number, never writes to a supplier or a customer, and never places an order. The negotiation email draft is yours to send.
What if the reference is written differently?
That's the usual case. JBLT770NC from one supplier, JBL Tune 770NC from another: Merconto recognises the same reference. The range is part of the product's identity: a Tune 770NC stays distinct from a Live 770NC. A doubtful line is flagged, never guessed.
