Change, always as a proposal
- Create a supplier.
- Add a reference to a supplier. “Add the reference JBL Charge 6 to supplier Kaivon at 92 USD.” The line joins the latest active offer, or opens an offer dated today, or creates the supplier. The proposal says who already sells this reference.
- Read a pasted offer (WhatsApp, e-mail) and file it.
- Add, edit, serve or close a customer request.
- Remove or restore a supplier, an upload, a reference.
- Enter a public price by hand.
- Launch the public price collection.
- Send the monthly report to the e-mail address of your account. Only when you ask for it.
- Change the settings.

A question typed to Merconto's number goes to the agent. The answer arrives formatted for WhatsApp, and the conversation shows up on the Agent screen.
On WhatsApp, the agent only reads: nothing is saved without your YES to an offer, an order or a request you've forwarded.

- 01Propose. The agent resolves the request as if it were executing it: supplier found or new, line validated, duplicate refused, wrong barcode refused. It shows the result in a card.
- 02Confirm or Decline. Confirm executes on the server. Decline refuses. Both are kept in the conversation.
- 03Undo. Every filed change can be undone afterwards: a line, an upload, a supplier, a request, a setting. It is removed, never erased, and can be restored from Settings. A public price entered by hand, a collection already launched or a report already sent cannot be taken back.

Every conversation is kept per workspace and shared by the team: the list on the left, the most recent first, titled by its first question. Messages, proposals and their fate, undone acts. Reload, come back tomorrow, it is still there.

The agent never calculates. It asks the application for the figures, and every number in its answer is checked against what came back. One figure without a source, and nothing is displayed.
